DELIVERY :

Three Seven Paris delivers worldwide, exclusively using trusted service provider UPS.

When you place an order, the amount of your delivery is calculated according to the weight, the shipping speed chosen and the destination of the package. All the options will be present on the site at the time of check out.

To ensure safe shipment, these deliveries include the meticulous care taken with the special packaging required for ceramic creation. Orders are prepared by our team directly in our atelier.

Each piece is individually wrapped, to prevent knocking, and protected by bubble wrap to prevent breakage in transit.

We guarantee you a quick preparation time for your order and you will be notified by email as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can follow its delivery day to day.

If your order contains items on "pre-order" with a 3-week manufacturing lead time, we will wait for these items to be produced before shipping the entire order. If you prefer a split delivery, it is entirely possible. Please contact us at hello@threesevenparis.com, and we will send you a payment link to cover the shipping costs for the second shipment.

RETURNS :

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange or a refund by email to the address hello@threesevenparis.com and by returning all or part of your order within 14 working days from the day after the date of receipt of your package at the following address:

In the event of a refund, this will be made on the means of payment used when ordering, within a maximum period of fourteen days, following receipt of your return.

To be able to validate your refund request, our team will have to make sure that the parts have been returned in their original condition and not used. We thank you in advance for taking the greatest care to wrap them correctly and individually in bubble wrap, making sure to fill in the empty spaces in the box used with newspaper, scraps of fabric, bubble wrap, etc. otherwise the risk of breakage is more frequent.

Unfortunately, the Three Seven team will not be able to refund the order if it finds that the parts are damaged and that these packaging conditions have not been met.

We give you the choice to return your items by any safe means of transport, subject to the above return conditions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Finally, we take great care in preparing our orders and spend time controlling the quality of our parts. If, however, you notice a non-conformity with your order or a defect in any of your parts, please write to us at hello@threesevenparis.com. We will do what is necessary to bring you complete satisfaction.
