Shrimps, spices, happiness in tacos. An instinctive cuisine that only makes it better, don't hesitate to add your personal touch!

Depending on the size of the tacos, present them individually in our tapas plates or put them on one of our small serving plates.


What you need for 4 people: 

· 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
· 1 tablespoon normal paprika
· 1 tablespoon cumin 
· 1 teaspoon garlic powder
· 2 Greek yoghurts 
· I bouquet of coriander
· 2 limes
· About thirty large shrimp peeled and denervated
· ½ white cabbage
· ½ red onion
· 2 cloves of garlic
· Sriracha sauce (for those who like it)
· For those who like spices, half a teaspoon of Espelette chilli pepper.
· 2 cloves of garlic
· Taco shells, corn or wheat according to your preferences. If they are large 2 per person
· 1 avocado

Let's get cooking !

Mix all the spices in a salad bowl so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Roll each shrimp in this spice mixture.

Reserve the shrimp in the fridge in one of our curved plates for example while you prepare the rest. 

Slice the white cabbage with a mandolin so that it is thin enough.

Do the same with the half onion.

For the sauce:

Put the two yoghurts in a blender

Add ¾ of the coriander bouquet to it

The 2 peeled garlic cloves

Olive oil



The juice of a whole lime

Mix everything in a blender until you get a light green color.

Taste to adjust (this cooking is quite instinctive, taste all the time to adjust the seasoning).

Take the cabbage and the onion, mix them with ¾ of the sauce.

Let macerate all while the preparation is finished.

Shrimp cooking:

On a very hot frying pan well coated with olive oil, brown all the prawns so that they are well grilled, "blackened", almost burnt.

Do not hesitate to drizzle with water to mix the spices well.

Add lime juice at the end of cooking to season well, so that each bite is super tasty.


Chop some of the coriander

Coat the bottom of your taco with finely chopped avocado.

Add the cabbage mixture on top.

Arrange shrimp on top.

A few drops of sriracha (we like it spicy).

Sprinkle with coriander

And all that is left for you to do is to enjoy!
