WHOLE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER, SPICY TO PERFECTION!

One of my favorite recipes that turns a simple cauliflower into an explosion of taste and color. Perfect vegetarian alternative, which will delight the whole table as much the eyes and taste buds.

What you need for 4 people in the main course or 6 people as a side dish:
1 large head of cauliflower
¼ bottle of spicy Sriracha sauce (for spicy food lovers, you can add up to 1/2 a bottle).
50 grams of butter
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 limes (juice of 2 and zests of 1)
2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
1 handful of sesame seeds
1/2 bunch of fresh coriander
1 small green pepper

For the presentation: we recommend that you present this beautiful cauliflower in one of our large serving platters, here, our Dryness Large Serving Platter.

This cauliflower can not be prepared in advance, so do not miss the timing. It takes a little less than 1 hour of cooking.

Start by heating your oven to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add sesame oil, soy, sriracha, rice vinegar and lime juice. Whisk until everything becomes homogeneous. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and baking paper then brush generously with the Sriracha butter sauce, coating each single inch of it.

Put the oven on the rack and cook for 45 to 50 minutes, or until it is slightly burnt. During the cooking, you can add more sauce so the cauliflower is perfectly soaked.

Take out the cauliflower and place it on our large serving platters, here, our Dryness Large Serving PlatterPour the remaining sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds, coriander and finely sliced chili!

Cut it like a cake, and dip generously each slice in the sauce. Guaranteed success!
